Full disclosure, due to unforeseen traffic I have arrived close to 20 min late for my appointment. Upon checking in, I was told they have to check with Dr. Piotrowski if she will see me. After waiting for exactly 50 minutes, I was advised Dr. Piotrowski will not see me and I need to reschedule. I take full accountability for being late and would understand if that is something I was told right away, but to wait for 50 min just to be told she won't see me is disrespectful. On top of it, getting a hold of the office you have to go through an answering service. I have been playing phone tag before I was able to coordinate something less then two months in advance.
