If I could give Dr. Soendker zero stars, I would. I had an appointment on October 26, 2023. I was on time and paid $250 upfront for the appointment and then sat and waited for her for AN HOUR AND A HALF. I left with a promise of having a pelvic floor therapist contact me. Around mid- November I received a surprise bill for an extra $100 and still no contact from the therapist. There was no description for the charge, so I called the billing department. Nobody could tell me what the charge was for. I left a message for the office manager on December 6. I called consistently after this and left messages with billing and the office manager, but didn’t actually get in touch with her until January. She was to talk to Dr. Soendker and get back to me the next business day. A week later I finally spoke with her and basically Dr. Soendker believed the level of care I received warranted the extra $100. At no point was I made aware of this. The receptionist said she is consistently late. AVOID.
