She has been a great asset for me to stay healthy. She is honest and straight forward. Dr. Whelan has been my GP for almost 30 years and has helped me stay health. When I decided to Quit smoking 13 years ago we discussed a path to have success and I stopped Smoking cigarettes on December 18, 2010. I discussed with her that I would like to have a good cigar once in a while and we came to an agreement that I am allowed 4 cigars a year. Since then I have honored our agreement and am done with cigarettes. Actually in the past 13 years I have only smoked 4 cigars in a year once. The rest of the years it has been either 2 or 3 cigars. Her wise council has kept me healthy and moderately sane.
