I met the Doctor in Pre-Op. she was very professional, Introducing herself, and her staff & colleges. She described the procedure in exception detail in terms even I could understand. Taking the time to ask and answer questions of my wife and me. The Dr. made us feel relaxed and welcome, she was so personable, honestly someone you could sit and chat with. Finally, for someone with so much responsibility, she managed to make us feel like we were the most important people in the entire place, I don't know if she realizes how much we appreciated her and the time she spent with.
