Dr. Ann Floyd was super arrogant, lied to me about dialating my eyes after I had travelled 60miles to see her, and I had eyplained that I need to be able to DRIVE my car back home (another 60miles), and then refused to examine my eyes without dialating stating that she would loose her medical license if she did. SUPER ARROGANT, UNFRIENDLY, UNPROFESSIONAL, already had that impression on my prior 2 visits.
