My daughter has been seen by Dr. Kouri for five years for a complicated chronic kidney condition. After multiple hospitalizations, relapses, and changes in medication, I have only good things to say about Dr. Kouri. She is professional, treats us with respect, and genuinely seems to care about my daughter's health. She is responsive to questions, and always makes us feel like we have a say in treatment options. In-person visits with discussions about chronic disease are not always easy for young children to navigate, and Dr. Kouri is always very patient and meets us where we are that day. She also has an amazing care team. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are knowledgable, timely and responsive. They are always there to help us navigate questions related to medication, lab testing, and insurance related questions, or to help fill out whatever form needs to be completed.
