Dr. Wu was rude upon arrival. I came about 15 minutes early for the first appointment. She had asked what I was doing lounging around her door, rather than being welcoming and I introducing herself as the doctor. She then told me to leave her office after thinking I had not booked an appointment with her. I tried to show her that I booked with her receptionist, but she said I was wrong and continued to say there’s nothing she can do for me. I proceeded to say that she was being unprofessional, since I had booked. She was also being rude, showed an attitude, and her waiting room was filthy with newspapers all over the floor and dirt around the chairs and walls. This upset her, so she told me to pick up my things and get out because I was giving her a “hostile attitude.” She exited the room while cursing, and slammed the door behind her. I began to pick up my belongings and leave, but she entered the room again after realizing she did make a mistake all along. She urged me to stay for the appointment and complete my patient information. I left, having felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I do not know how good of a doctor she is, but clearly she is not a decent person.
