First, let me start by saying that the establishment where he works needs to be investigated. There is no way this should be accepted in the medical field, especially when dealing with people’s health, let alone spine issues. The office is a joke, and the staff makes you feel like you've walked into a McDonald's after school lets out. He is only in the Bronx office one day a week, and his visits consist of only one or three words; this could easily be done via Zoom instead of charging for a full office visit, only for you to wait hours before being seen. For procedures, he wants you at the hospital at the crack of dawn, yet he doesn't arrive at the facility until 8 am or 9 am—what am I waiting for? Just as his time is valuable, so is the patient's time. Procedures get constantly denied with no word from the facility. You ask questions, and no one has an answer. What are you there for, then? I've gotten two injections, one in the neck and one in the lumbar, but mind you, my accident was
