My son waited for 2.5 hrs to be seen only to be told that the disc wouldn't open and they didn't get his MRI report even though it showed in their system that they got it, they couldn't locate it. Without this the Dr said that his symptoms didn't sound surgical and ordered PT. Promised to call at the end of the end or next day with dx, never called My son did all the leg work to get them the report and still 3 weeks later doesn't have a firm dx. He is unable to return back to work due to this injury. He needs paperwork filled out by the Dr and he refuses because he isn't performing surgery. He has called and left several messages only to be told some new excuse and that a manager will call him. His job is at risk because of this and no one in this office seems to care. If a Dr orders PT then that means that the patient is under their care until the patient is released by PT. His office apparently doesn't see things that way. I would not recommend this Dr. Their actions prove they are not committed to patient care
