I have been seeing Dr Freda for the past two years. This review is for his office staff and not necessarily for Dr Freda. My only visit to Dr Freda last year was not coded as my annual visit resulting in a $200 office visit charge. When I asked for the visit to be changed it was denied with no reason given. After much trouble I was told I did not tell them it was my annual, but I was having no issues, only needed bloodwork done and my annual exam. Earlier in the year I received a reminder for an appointment which I did not know was for and when I called was told "You don't know what the appointment is for? You made the appointment didn't you? sarcastically. I no longer feel comfortable going to this office and am not confident they are able to manage my care well and will no longer be seen by them."
