I have been coming here for a couple years and have had multiple issues with this practice. Overall, their front desk staff are far from pleasant and lack customer service skills. I have had front desk staff text me about my appointment inappropriately from their personal phone number. I’ve also have had issues with them refilling my prescription, where I had to remind the office about 3 separate times to send over my script to the pharmacy. I am finally done with the practice after they failed to refill my daily prescription that I rely on, where they stated I can only come in-person for a visit, even though I have had multiple telehealth calls with them prior for my refill. Dr Puleo and his front desk staff lack any sympathy and expected me to take off work with very short notice in order to refill this prescription that I rely on (with only 5 days left of the script). Please do not come here!
