Switched our parent over to Dr. Abrahamson to provide a higher level of geriatric care versus a family physician and it has been a nightmare. Diagnosis's put into her chart without actual medical testing completed, along with never explaining to any family members this was done. Only found out this inaccurate information when our parent was hospitalized and needing to go to a TCU which continue to decline them due to the diagnosis put in her chart. Any visists with our parent, are never communicated, even when we have repeatedly asked for us to be involved. We are now discontinuing our services with this doctor and going back to our normal physician.
