While the office staff was lovely, I was not a fan of Dr. Maddux. She was condescending and seemed incredibly rushed. I expressed confusion over something and she simply kept repeating what she originally said instead of clarifying. I left wishing I hadn’t had to pay a copay for the five minutes I was with her.
