Dr. Hirsch has been my wife’s kidney doctor for 3 - 4 years and she has been in kidney failure that entire time. Now that she is in dialysis, he will no longer treat her unless we go to a dialysis center further from our home. To me, this is disappointing even if it is their normal practice to do this.
