I just recently had a Teladoc consult with Dr. Bernstein that lasted under a minute. He seemed rushed and didn't fully address my concerns. Actually, he wasn't interested in hearing the full explanation of symptoms. His communication style is without empathy, and to redirect the issue to the ER without actually having a conversation. At the very least, I expected an exchange and not to be dismissed. This isn't a doctor I'd recommend based on this interaction.
