Dr. Arleen Regala, DDS

I, along with my family have been a patient of Dr. Regala for a number of years. My daughter had numerous visits to see Dr. Regala for dental work, and for one of these visits I paid the bill, then was shocked to receive another bill for over $100 that I owed the office. The explanation given was that Dr. Regala found that it was a bigger area of decay they saw on the X-ray that they had to work on. Like so many other families, we are on a tight budget, so I thought that charging a patient after the fact and after I paid the bill, showed me a lack of integrity on the part of Dr. Regala. In addition to this incident, there was another unpleasant encounter with Dr. Regala for my own dental visit. I was inserted into her busy schedule for the day, but the way Dr. Regala treated me was rude and impatient when I asked questions of her. In fact, Dr. Regala was so rude that her assistant apologized for her when she left the room. I would not recommend Dr. Arlene Regala as a dentist.
