I made an appt for this Dr. A.Aouad for Monday Nov,8 2021, but then a week or two later somebody named Kelly loud spoken rude and condescending to me! Told me that I have to go back to my previous Dr. who sent me a separation letter as I stated Inmy review on said person: why would I want to do that, I have no desire to go back to a clinic where I am constantly being "patient profiled"And treated rudely. Anyway I was also toldthe reason was that she is no longer accepting new patients, which I see right now it says that she is. Kelly also said if I wanted my medication I "WOULD HAVE! TO GO BACK TO UTMC" That's very controlling and I have thee right to choose who I want to see and this appt was verified by a voicemail. I don't think this appointment was cancelled? Dr. Dugan and staff And this Kelly person interfered where they have no authority to do this, I am filing a legal complaint this has affected my health and stress level No one controls where I go.
