I moved to Butte County after 30 years in Sonoma County. I heard good things about Dr. Rey. I enjoyed my first 'getting to know each other' appointment. At the end of July I began to experience symptoms of a kidney stone, something I had experienced once before. I've been told that a kidney stone is the closest man can come to the experience of birthing a child. It's painful as heck. I called Rey's office to get an appointment. I was told that the earliest I could be seen was October. I explained how painful kidney stones were. The scheduler was adamant: October was the earliest I could be seen. I've now got my former doctor in Sonoma County back as my primary care provider. It's a 3 Hour drive each way but it's worth it to ensure that I have quality healthcare. I'm pretty sure Corky Rey is a great doctor but it doesn't matter if his support staff is bad and that is surely my experience with Dove Landing.
