My husband was also admitted to Carroll Hospital with a pulmonary embolism, and we feel that Dr. Abbassi did an excellent job of fact gathering, communication and of getting the right specialists involved to arrive at appropriate treatment. He also reached out to my husband's medical oncologist for as much information as possible about my husband's overall health and possible causes of his condition. He was definitely interested in his patient, answered questions, and was pleasant to talk with. I did notice this negative review here, and while I do not dispute another patient's experience, our experience was radically different, and I felt that should be reported.
