I'm writing this for a visit two years ago, as I still have terrible memories of it. My son was panicking over something that's completely natural. While we tried to calm his fears we thought that maybe something was actually wrong as he was waking up in the middle of night crying because of it. So I made an appointment for him to see a doctor asap instead of waiting a few days to see his primary. Big mistake. We get to the office and he immediately had me on edge. Before I even explained what was going on I could tell that I was not going to get anywhere with him. We were there a total of five minutes and all he could say was he's fine, it totally natural, he'll get used it. Of course I knew that was natural, but my child is in a panic all the time. He was dismissive about the psychological aspect. I was so frustrated I wanted to cry. I will not see him again. We will go to a urgent care before seeing him.
