This office especially the woman she has working her front desk is horrible. I am my mother in laws care taker and therefore I'm responsible to take her to all of her appointments. However everytime we had an appointment, the office was either closed (unexpectedly) or her front desk worker just comes in an hour late. And we were always met with a very nasty attitude. I finally found a new doctor but still had issues obtaining her medical records. The only communicate is via phone were the front desk worker tells you different things each time. Their is no email to keep any kind of paper chase on anything that is discussed. It might not be the doctor but her workers unprofessionalizm and lack of patient handling techniques has definitely caused the loss of a patient!
