Dr Pai hears patient complaints then schedules expensive test and as many in his own office knows patient is in danger faces with their health, but stalls because he is not competent of performing any tests...but runs in as a substitute at the hospitals and they all know he is not competent: even though patients are DEAD or had heart attacks because he did nothing...how many died whose family nor the patient even realized his fraud? Texas State just quotes what these foreigners say as they post equally. and they have imported their own relatives, nationals to cover for them as substitutes...in the hospitals: they select their own/language too to read reports and unnecessary tests as experimental. Also same are in our Health Dept, Universities and Boards whom hire their own.! Corp own hospitals; separate corps bill for hospitals; separate corps bill for alleged Physicians, separate bill for Home Heath Care+supplies: FRAUD is killing our Medical System. VA Hospital now all hospitals
