My wife went there appoint time was 1.50she was not seen until 3.0and finished @4.30.They asked copay before start. After completion of checkup we asked glasses prescription. They told us that for prescription we have to pay another copay.Since they already checked up and glasses prescription was saved in computer.why they asked another copay.since result was our property. We will ask them to refund that amount or we will take further action.since we explained to them that we came for glasses prescription.they didn’t tell about 2nd copay. Before leaving the office we asked about glasses prescription then they told we have to pay again to get this printout.I never had such experience before.we never pay separately.Samina iqbal
