I initially saw this doctor after dealing with shoulder pain for several months and no improvement with PT. After three visits, an MRI, and a couple of injections. I was told it’s wear and tear and everybody’s shoulders look like that and I probably shouldn’t come back to see her again, my pain continued, my PT continued. After the first of the year I changed insurance plans I could go to a new orthopedic provider. There I had a new MRI and got a second opinion from PT and a surgeon…I learned I had a full rotator cuff tear that would never have been repaired with PT. I am recovering from surgery as I write this. I know many of the doctors at TRIA are great, but I will not be returning as a patient. Advocate for yourself!
