I had a very disappointing experience at Inova ER on May 31. I went in with a smashed finger and was seen by Dr. Ashley Nicholson. After a long wait and X-rays, I was told nothing was broken and sent home.Because the pain was so severe, I followed up with a specialist a few days later. It turns out my finger bone was actually broken into multiple pieces. The ER completely missed a serious injury. I would not recommend this facility or this provider for urgent diagnostic care.
