She is great without a doubt when she's actually at work! I booked an appt a year ago, the office called and confirmed my appt, well today (appt day) they call me an hour before to tell me she's not coming in! I had switched Dr's bc I got tired of her doing this, then that provider upruptly left the office so i went to sanchez Mitchell. I truly don't know what is going on at this plainville location, but they find Dr's that actually want to work. Also canceling patients last minute and offering an appt one year out is poor medical care. They need to do better!
