Patient Reviews
Dec 11, 2023
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rashid, arriving three minutes late due to a considerable commute of an hour and 20 minutes. Despite being warned about Dr. Rashid’s punctuality preferences, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for a third-year intern who, after 45 minutes of questioning, presented Dr. Rashid with an entirely inaccurate summary of our conversation. When Dr. Rashid joined the call, he embarked on a monologue based on these misconceptions, dismissing my concerns about ADHD and preventing me from asking questions without interruption. He insisted on a psychiatric evaluation and the submission of current blood work, only to propose prescribing an antidepressant – an approach unrelated to my initial concern about focus issues. Overall, it was a frustrating and unproductive experience.
