Poor bedside manor by doctor and clerical workers. Staff could care less about your condition or care. Transfer of medical records is a fiasco, never mind trying to get your records sent to your home address. These records are now theirs and are being held hostage unless a fee of 65 cents per page is paid. They have the " Take it or leave it attitude". and they have no problem letting you know that. Sorry Doc, I did give a 1 star rating only because a rating is required prior to submittal. I recommend staying away, and doing additional research. I personally will be returning back to Hartford Health Care.
