Super nice people. Explain things great and answers questions we have. The only issue I have is with getting vaccines in a timely matter. This has happened more than once. After being seen by Dr. Kline, it has taken anywhere from 20-30 minutes for a nurse to come in and give the vaccines. I don’t understand what it takes that long. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:10 and we didn’t walk out of there until 10:30-10:40. The majority of the time we spent there was just waiting. Maybe a total of 15-20 minutes was spent with the provider or nurse. This needs to change.
