My husband's primary recommended Dr Hecht for his rather serious ear infection last year just prior to the pandemic. We were both SO impressed with Dr Hecht on ALL levels, when my immunologist recommended I see an ENT for some scary swallowing issues I immediately knew Dr Hecht was who I could trust! While the office is very welcoming, clean and safe, what continues to stand out for us is the high standard of care and compassion. Alice at the front desk continues to go above and beyond EVERY TIME! Such palpable kindness immediately relaxed my anxiety! Dr Hecht was once again as generously informative, gently thorough and extremely supportive in his nourishing attention to detail as my husband and I remembered. I feel he not only knowledgeably answered all my concerns, but also took the time and effort to discuss my underlying symptoms and share nourishingly thoughtful options I might consider. The office called with a follow up as he promised. I SINCERELY could NOT be more pleased !
