I want to start off by saying that Dr. Rohatgi is kind and presumably competent, but my experience with her was disheartening. I began trying to conceive in December 2022 at the age of 36. I experienced a chemical pregnancy after 4 months of trying, and was told to continue to try for another 6 months before she would recommend any testing, which goes against current guidelines that testing can be explored after 6 months of trying after age 35. I had to push for progesterone testing, which came back low, but she denied further testing that I requested. After having my concerns dismissed for 8 months I finally switched offices. At almost a year of TTC, I just found out that I have a blocked tube and will need fertility treatments to conceive. Information I could have had back in June or July. I am so disappointed with my treatment, and I hope that Dr Rohatgi will read this and consider her actions so other women can get the support they need.
