She made me feel like any levels that were off were a moral failing. She is not very tactful, and while she does have good intent and is committed to making sure your health is as perfect as it can be, it gets demoralizing to feel like nothing you do will be good enough. It feels like getting in trouble when I have an appointment with her. I gained a few pounds, and instead of recommending diet or physical activity, she immediately wanted me on diet pills. She is obsessed with weight; she also uses terms like "morbid obesity" which are not up to date. If you lose some weight, it is not enough. If you have gained weight, you will be made to feel like a failure. She does not seem malicious and really does have your best interest at heart, but it feels like her bedside manner could use some work, as well as maybe an update on current practices and terms.
