I love Dr. Held. Amazing OB. Would recommend her to any mother to be. It is just the office staff I cannot stand. The ladies in the front aren't very cordial and do not acknowledge your presence or when you will be seen by the doctor. Also, the wait times are horrendous. It takes well over 15-45 minutes before you are taken inside and then another long wait before the doctor sees you.
