Dr. Amlani is absolutely wonderful! Caring, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Dr. Amlani will not prescribe you medicine to make a symptom go away, instead, she will work very hard on getting you the most appropriate medication that will not do as much harm to your body but will deliver the best results possible. I highly recommend Doctor Amlani to anyone with rheumatology/arthritis issues. In fact, the VMC Rheumatology Department is highly respected at Stanford. Dr. Amlani thinks outside the box and doesn't give up on her patients. She is your Doctor who will do everything possible and impossible. I am forever grateful for her saving my Dad's life and helping figure out his true diagnosis, which is very rare disease - Vexas. She has a wonderful Team of nurses and great relationship with other departments.
