My first post procedure appointment with Dr. K. was a disappointing experience. The office called me the day before to change my appt. which i agreed to. Upon arrival i was told i shouldve been there earlier, i had to explain they called me to change the appointment, very poor office personnel communication, lacking the professionalism of working with senior cardiac patients.Dr. K. was condescending and spoke in a dismissive tone, having arrived with my medication list since i did have questions, he quickly told me 'you have to come back with all the medication bottles and someone who speaks fluent English' I have always communicated with medical personnel with no difficulty in speaking English, i was deeply offended. He made me very nervous with his dismissive behavior. Not addressing any questions and seemed to be in a rush I was told to come in 2 weeks.
