I will definitely not visit this doctor again. Both times I have seen him, I felt like he only looked at numbers and dismissed the information I was trying to tell him. He did a very cursory exam, but his notes reflected conclusions for things he didn't examine. He gave be referrals to sleep study and bariatrics and said I have sleep apnea and to lose weight. He did not give me any information on sleep apnea, sleep study or CPAP. He did not see me/call me about my results, and I had to call to get them, and to get the CPAP orders sent (took 2 weeks after that). At my followup after 30+ days on CPAP, I told him I'm not feeling any better, still waking up a lot, and have severe fatigue. He told me to come back in a year, keep using CPAP, work with my doctor, take my medications, lose more weight and come back in a year. I did not feel like he cared about what I had to say, how I was feeling, or to look into anything more complex to help me.
