Choosing to have a bilateral mastectomy was one of the hardest and most emotional decisions of my life, and I will always be grateful that Dr. Saito was my surgeon. From our very first appointment, she took the time to truly listen to my fears, answer every question, and never once made me feel rushed. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care gave me the confidence and peace I needed to move forward.Dr. Saito is not only an exceptional surgeon but also a wonderful person. She made me feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the entire process. I always felt that she truly cared about me, not just as a patient, but as a person.
