Just recently had to have a complete colectomy due to severe Ulcerative Colitis. I had been having problems for months and had been in the hospital numerous times. Dr. Tsai and one of his assistants would be in my room every day asking how I was and seeing how things were going, even when surgery seemed off the table. His staff and assistants are super friendly as well. He answered every question, and I had a lot, no matter what. Finally I was fed up with the pain and suffering and wanted surgery. Again, that week leading up to it, he was on top of everything, making sure I knew all that was being done and that I was comfortable with everything that would be happening. Surgery went great with just a few incisions and I never had to sit in pain. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Tsai for anyone that wants a doctor that listens, cares, and knows what they are doing!!
