After several years in his practice, I had to leave. After a sleep study Dr. Sy ordered, I received a BiPap machine that was set to intolerable levels from the day I picked it up. He refused to make any changes to my settings. When I stated my intent to go back to using my CPAP machine, Dr. Sy ordered the settings on my BiPap machine set to function as it were a CPAP. I paid $600 out of pocket for this BiPap and don't even use it as it was intended, and I am not receiving the therapy I need. I had to leave his practice to get someone who would listen to me.
