The doctor is awesome and no doubt about that. But his office operation is awful. If you visit to his office at Woodside you will feel you are in a 3rd world country. His office stuffs are too busy dealing with patients and you will not get your prescription sent to your pharmacy before 5pm. Which is ridiculous. One of the office assistants told my mom to use new drops while she had her eye drops and suggested to through away. When I went to a new pharmacy they couldn't give me that drop as the refill date wasn't until 14 more days. We ended up buying out of pocket. Also we asked them to change pharmacy and they didn't and ended up sending prescription to old pharmacy. In short, that office is a total mess. In this time of age this is not acceptable at all.
