Physician does not have a good bedside manner . No compassion orcommunicative skills. Physician woke client 83 year old at 530am to explain procedure . Patient did not understand procedure Family was notified after procedure was scheduled. Family was in turmoil trying to find out what type of procedure was being performed. Family was distraught. We as a family were told by the physician “he is a busy man and cannot be bothered with letting any family member know about a surgery.” He was too busy to explain a procedure prior to preforming a procedure on a family member until we threaten to cancel procedure. Rude and disrespectful! Physician was confronted after surgery about our unhappiness of him not contacting us . Told us we could put in writing to the director.
