I understand having policies in place when people miss their appointments and requiring a 24 hour notice to cancel. However, when you have a patient that’s 9 months pregnant and they miss their Monday morning appointment (obviously not open on Sunday to cancel even if they knew) because they needed to go in and be seen regarding said pregnancy, maybe DONT kick them and their 6 year old daughter to the curb? I’d say it’s a little ridiculous to not make an exception in certain circumstances and truly just shows how little you care about your patients. We will happily find a new dentist when this is how you handle your business. I’m just happy we didn’t go there for long before the true colors came out.
