80 year old with tooth pain waited 1 month for appointment + 1 hour in the waiting room after filling out a 15 page form. They did x-rays, told us there is nothing they can do for us despite having a whole mouth full of issues. Instead referred us to some other health clinic. Never seen such a pathetic dentist who was unwilling to help and had so many excuses.
