I had an extremely distressing experience with Rowley, whom I found to be totally ignorant, reckless, negligent, and incompetent. After he prescribed medication that was clearly wrong for my condition, my health deteriorated significantly. During this critical time, Rowley was completely unresponsive and lazy, refusing to see me when I desperately needed help. As a result, I ended up hospitalized for two weeks. Please consider this a serious caution: never trust your health into his hands.
