Not very compassionate or empathetic when questioned about alternative treatment methods. Performed a critical surgery while providing cold, short and blunt ended answers on multiple occasions, possibly because he was not in a mood to explain the etiology behind the condition. Maybe he wants his patients to follow exactly what he tells them to do without asking too many questions, or provide any alternative treatment options. He may be knowledgeable but definitely lacks compassion, especially when you are dealing with a patient who may lose his walking ability for the rest of his life.

Dr. Butler sawmedurin my hospitalization following a fall resulting in a broken hip and pelvis. Dr. Benton and his team were kind, helpful and started my road to recovery. I will continue to see him post therapy. I am grateful that he has become my Orthopedic doctor. I have total confidence in him.
