Booked out way too far takes too long to get an appointment. Staff shows no compassion. Inefficient office and staff. No one there to answer the phone to schedule. You have to leave all sorts of information and hope for a call back number and hope that they return your call while you’re not on vacation or something. Does not fit you in when you are very sick. Competent surgeon, but the whole office visit makes you feel like just a number. The staff is totally inefficient and arrogant. Office space is very cramped and dirty.
