I visited the clinic in December and was treated by the owner in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Comments like, 'Let me ask you: are you a doctor or a dentist?', 'It's not normal for patients to have questions about their teeth,', 'I've wasted my time answering your questions when you shouldn't have any,', and 'It's been a bad month; honestly, I don't need to do anything today,' were completely inappropriate.The experience was deeply disappointing and far below acceptable standards for a clinic in the service industry. Service is a critical part of their work, and patients should never be treated poorly or disrespected for asking questions about their health. Asking questions is a fundamental part of building trust with any healthcare provider—it’s that simple.I’m sharing this honest experience to help others avoid wasting their time considering him.
