I made the appointment with Dr Bernard Chang for pterygium surgery consultation.The day of the appointment I first saw a technician who performed several tests even thought I told her that I was there to see Dr Chang to get his opinion about my pterygium and surgery, she said that all the tests were necessary. When I saw the doctor he asked me what I wanted to do about my pterygium and I said I wanted it to get it removed. He was very hesitant and told me all the cons about having pterygium surgery. He even said that he had a patient whose pterygium had came back 6 times after being removed (?). The scheduler called me the following Monday and said that the sooner opening Dr Chang had to perform my surgery was August of 2026, that's 9 months from now. I said that I wanted the surgery to be done sooner because the pterygium was really bothering me so she suggested I saw another doctor in their office but I had to pay again to see the other specialist.I don't recommend this doctor at all
