I engaged Dr. Brown, hoping he was a more investigative ENT than I had seen in the past. He was not. His staff took extensive notes about my history leading to this encounter, but he just gave the same run-of-the-mill advice, despite a history of trying previous similar advice and continuing to degrade. I felt completely dismissed. He saw I didn't concur with him and told me, that was that. I suppose I must not have fit into his interest level.
