am disappointed and disgusted with staff being unprofessional! I came in to a confrontation w the receptionist. She was out line. My appointment was 930 and i was there by 932 and mind u dentist wasn't there yet. Now after it was 955 and still wasn't taking care of. I then got up and said i always set my apt to be the 1st patient and she well there somel else in front of you. I said are you serious when they know i have extreme high anixety for dentist and this only way do that work if i am in and out. I had death in the family said cant wait especially today and the rep said oo well you always have some type problems excuse Me thats rude and out of line i had 3 deaths in 3 months that is alot trauma to deal with. She is out line and disrespectful. I walked out bc i had be the bigger person bc she kept arguing back. Mind u the dentist came out and never said a word nor told her staff to stop or let be or whatever she tolerate it. That shows poor judgment on her as well. I am so upset w
